Her Tribe is women's space that runs monthly events in Belgrave, Berwick and surrounding areas.
Essentially, we hold women’s circles without the "woo woo”… monthly interactive and engaging events that are fun, structured and connecting, and aimed to appeal even to women that don’t usually go to women’s circles. Our event’s are welcoming, inclusive and collaborative and promote connection, growth, learning and friendship.
This is a space for women to come together to witness each other in our greatness and our fragility, a place to cry and laugh together, to be real and authentic and vulnerable and to support each other through all the gritty bits of life.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Our circles are a structured 3.5 hour container which will include:
Welcome & group rules, a short meditation to drop in, a fun icebreaker, a deep check in round to share and be witnessed, and a break for tea and snacks and building friendships. Then a hour space that is unique to each circle: either a guest presenter, an art/craft activity or a topic we explore as group and finally, a checkout process.
WHAT TO BRING: An open mind, unfiltered YOU exactly as you are on the day, kindness and curiosity and clothing that's comfy to sit on the floor in.
We’d love to have you in our tribe xx

She thrives on supporting women to create more joy and connection in their lives and is passionate about ditching the outdated expectation that women should put everyone else first and themselves last.

GUEST PRESENTER:
Anna from Nurturing parenthood
Nurturing Parenthood is all about supporting parents and carers of children aged 0-18. Whether you’re navigating newborn parenting, toddler meltdowns, tween/teen attitudes, I’m here to offer down-to-earth guidance, practical tools, and a whole lot of compassion.
During our time together, I’ll be focusing on self-compassion as a parent — because let’s face it, we are often our own harshest critics. I will introduce a simple tool to help you understand better what’s really going on beneath your child’s behavior, and how we can meet them with empathy while still holding boundaries.
I can’t wait to meet you all, share some stories, and explore ways we can nurture ourselves while nurturing our kids."
